Some years ago, I use to feel sluggish, tired and top of that out of boredom I use to eat double of my diet. A desire to become a fit mom was just inside but nothing was driving me to feel the vibe.
I use to think some women makes its look so easy to get back into shape after having baby. But, I was not that motivated. The most ridiculous was emotional eating. Yes, we all go through that stage of our life. Also, tons of excuses to stay away from working out and exercises was always there, I use to feel there's nothing going to resolve.
But a day came when everything changed! Spending time for your own mind and body was the first step. It was time to commit towards fitness, lifestyle of consistent, healthy habits and practicing mindfulness... Yes, everything changed. I started Zumba and other exercises. Zumba dance fitness changed my life!
To combat emotional eating was difficult but not impossible. I faced my fears and worked through them step by step, I was discovering "me", missing entirely a different women inside me whom I had never met before. Slowly, I felt self- motivated, empowered, active and discovered myself...
In total, I dropped 50 pounds and many inches and after my transformation, I took fitness life as a self disciplinary lifestyle and still continuing with same zeal. Today, I feel happier in and out and proud of what I have accomplished as well being a group fitness instructor, a personal trainer, a dance fitness instructor. I always welcome new challenges with strength and focus. I'm happy to help many now through my own experience and self learning.
